Asparagus

Yep. Asparagus from the Culinary Garden. Just a reminder that we are really fortunate to live in an area where we have great access to amazing produce.  Asparagus will be coming in thicker and heavier in the coming weeks and I encourage you to eat it as much as you can while you can find it at your local farmers markets. Eat it until you can't stand the sight of it anymore.....funny thing is that right about that time(when you just can't imagine eating one more spear of asparagus) a new vegetable will swing in to season and you'll have to wait 10 months until you can taste that sweet flavor of Spring again. EAT LIKE YOU LIVE HERE!
